Love this place. Love my lox bagel. Love the guy who works here and does everything he can to make my visit a first rate experience.
Wanted to get some breakfast using a coupon on their app. The app did not take any credit cards and I tried several. The store was nice enough to honor the coupon (which is why this 2 stars and not 1) otherwise we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks which were not very good relative to what I would expect for those prices. The service was slow (20+ minutes) and disorganized, which on top of the app failure made this a less than ideal experience. I hope this was just a tough day for the group but either way my experience was sub par.
They always mess up orders! I have given them 3 chances and this time I just couldn’t be any more patient! Twice I ordered a strawberry spread on plain bagel, they gave plain spread, and this time I asked for an everything bagel with plain spread and they gave me a sesame bagel! What is so hard about giving the correct order?! Very frustrating
Great food and coffee as usual. I'm happy when they notice that a ingredient of dish runs out, they make a suggestion for it's place.
