What a wonderful experience! The nurse practitioner, Jennifer Dawson, and I corresponded a lot in effort to get my appointment set up. She was patient and diligent with all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Hijaz was incredible. His bedside manner was fantastic. I had a plan of what I wanted to have done. I had questions about a few potential procedures and he listened and advised me on what he thought would best meet my expectations. I am only two days out and I am already in love with the effects taking place.
It has been almost 1 month since I received juvaderm lip fillers here and I couldn't be more happy. The volume and placement by Jen was great! Melissa and Jen were very helpful and kind in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend going here for lip fillers.
Absolutely EXCELLENT! The customer service is outstanding. Services are fabulous and the prices are incredible. Laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, anti-aging treatments, botox, ZO skin health. The medical and support staff are awesome. The prices are very reasonable for the services. Great promos! This is my new go to place for cosmetic work. Having recently moved from Florida, I was looking for a place. Highly recommend it.
VIVA has the most knowledgeable staff and doctors. Melissa is so well versed in her craft and happily answers questions promptly. She was able to get me scheduled with Dr. Hijaz within a weeks time and at the end of the day, which works great with my work schedule. Jen helped to ensure that i was comfortably numb for my procedure and otherwise distracted. She even helped me to make a more informed decision about my treatment. Thanks Jen!nDr. Hijaz is soo helpful and beyond patient. I'm always a bit nervous (not that I need to be) and his soft nature always puts me at ease. His suggestions are truly on point with what I am looking for, and he has my complete confidence. I look forward to my next visit!
