I purchased a massage to help me relax and feel good after having a baby a few months ago. It was a very nice and relaxing experience, this place truly blew me away. It was exactly what i needed. I was also able to pick up some Christmas gifts from their shop, and little something for me. I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend.

This is a true gem! The staff is very professional and safe. I purchased a massage for my wife when they first opened. She loved it, and is now a regular customer. She found a Groupon online and purchased it for me as anniversary gift. It was the best massage I have every had. Now, I think my wife and I will plan a full day spa together. This place offers pedicures, steam room, massage, and so much more.

I booked massages for my sister and mom over a month ago. They go in for their appointment yesterday and said they didn’t have them booked because they updated their website and switched booking systems? I tried to call them 3 times yesterday and no answer. It sucks they couldn’t get their massages considering it was a Christmas present.

I was online at finchberry to purchase the coffee bar soap and they were sold out so I looked up and found this spa carried finchberry. I ordered two bars from them. When I received an extra bar of a lovely leaf finchberry specialty soap was included with a handwritten note that apologized for shipping taking a little longer than usual. That was very thoughtful and appreciated, thank you so much!

I had a very bad experience at this spa. I booked a 60-minute massage appointment. I took off of work and arrived for my appointment only to be told that I did not have an appointment. The receptionist asked if I could just reschedule or wait one hour until one of the other massage therapists was out of their current appointments to see if they would be willing to do my massage. I told her that due to my work schedule, I could not do that. She called the owner who said she could be there in 5 minutes to do my massage if I could wait. I agreed, however this stressful situation did not make for a good start for the relaxing experience I was hoping to have. When the owner did arrive 15 minutes later, I was taken to an untidy room for my appointment which included someone’s old coffee cup on the table and a dirty tissue on the floor. The owner offered a callous apology for the confusion with my appointment, and proceeded with my massage which was a mediocre massage at best. The icing on this cake is that she was TEXTING during my massage. I was shocked at how unprofessionally she behaved. I will not be going back to this spa.
