Gloria was knowledgeable, patient and she has amazing customer service! She was very thorough! She helped us tremendously to find the perfect table to match our dining area! I can't thank her enough for her detailed suggestions for our dining area. We knew what we wanted, but her expertise brought it all together! Plus the quality of their furniture pieces, and being able to customize the style, color, and fabric. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

I was very pleased with the variety of quality producers offering customized hardwood furniture at VFM Solid Wood. The sales process was very smooth with great offers for cash buyers and the associate (Gloria) was pleasant to work with. I was permitted to take multiple color and wood samples with no hassle to ensure we picked the correct grain and finish for our area. Product and manufacturer information was easily available so we know we are receiving premium hardwood furniture from a reliable source. Should we be in the market for additional hardwood pieces in the future VFM Solid Wood will certainly be on the list of potential providers.

Once again our experience in buying furniture with you was amazing. We tried some pricy stores to furnish our remodeled bedroom but were much more impressed by what we saw at the Solid Wood Gallery. Gloria led us to exactly what we wanted. No question we will look for her the next time we purchase furniture. Even the 2 men who delivered and set up the bedroom suite were awesome. One fixed something in the bedroom that has nothing to do with what they delivered. Your commercials are good but really don’t capture how good your service, furniture and prices really are.nSteve

I had a great shopping experience with VFM. From the sales all the way to picking up my furniture. The guys at the warehouse went the extra mile to load my truck. Awesome service. We love our new furniture! Thank you
