Excellent costumer service. I “watched” an item online and the sales person (Sam St John) emailed me what the price was and emailed me again when there was a coupon for a price drop. I emailed about a million questions and got immediate replies, thoroughly answering all of my questions. Ordering online was very easy, and they called to follow up on the order. On top of that, the price for the item I bought was $100 less than Grand! I will definitely shop online and in person at Virginia Furniture Market again!

I had such a great experience purchasing my bedroom set and mattress from the Rocky Mount store! Kim was so patient with me as she walked me through my options for both the furniture and financing. The rest of the staff I had interactions with were just as helpful and pleasant to work with. I would most definitely recommend shopping here and would most certainly go back again myself! Can't wait for my set to arrive!

I made a purchase yesterday online and used the wrong account to pay accidentally. I called the next day to find out my options to either cancel and resubmit my order or change my payment method and they were very fast in helping me with my error. They also called later that day to schedule delivery and verify things were good with the payment switch. I was very pleased with their quick response and assistance that was 110% my fault!

I ordered a dining room table set online today from Virginia Furniture Market and have had a great experience so far. Donna helped me SO much while I was on their website! I also received a call from them confirming my order and giving me an order update. They were wonderful to work with and the prices were great. I have been searching for a dining table set for months and they had the perfect selection and at really good prices. I highly recommend them! :)

We were greeted by a nice salesman as soon as we walked in the door. We were looking for kitchen & dining room furniture, and he directed us to the right place with measuring tape in hand!nnTheir prices were much better than one of their competitors in Roanoke, & we found 2 tables with chairs that should work perfect in our home. We're now anxiously waiting on their arrival.nnWe've bought from VFM before & have always been happy, so we'll continue to shop there.
