I bought a gorgeous dark wooden table from this location and I was amazed by the account of respect I was given. Not only were the men mannered, but two men named Richard and Dylan loaded everything for me so I didn't have to lift a finger. I walked in there in a bad mood and the two men were funny and lightened me up. Everyone compliments my table now and I send them to this store. I highly recommend if you are looking for a easy transaction and friendly service.

We bought furniture October 2019 by February 2020 3 pieces had broken. We begun the warranty process in February 2020 by September the warranty company had notified us the warranty does not cover the recliners not working or the stitching coming undone. They also stated that while under manufacturers warranty they don’t cover anything so buying the warranty is a SCAM. So the manager who will never return a call and screens calls because I’ve had to use 3 phones to get them to answer said they would replace the furniture. We picked out a new set the end of September 2020 and we’re told we would be contacted when it arrived. November I called the store and they told me they had not received the recliner and I needed to wait for a call. January I called and was informed they had the couch and chair but no loveseat so they never called about chair. February went back to store and demanded furniture we were told to pick out another set and they would deliver as I am unable to walk due to surgery. 2 days later they sent a delivery person alone to move out a living room set and bring in a new one so my son basically had to go to work. After getting 2 items in I was informed they didn’t send a chair and I also owed for delivery. After calling the store with no answer repeatedly no surprise the delivery guy called and got the manager on the phone and informed him I was not paying he went ahead and left furniture. In the following few days of trying to reach them my wife had to go into the store where the manager informed her they made a mistake and they had our recliner but if we wanted it delivered there would be a fee. Finally yesterday I my wife had them load the recliner at the store and I called help to get it in the house. We now have working furniture for the first time in a year. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager using that term loosely will and does not follow through at all. We will never step foot in this business ever again.

During a business trip, I had the pleasure to be introduced to two of the most hard working and profound employees of American Freight. Thank you for saving the day and having the mattress I purchased in stock. You saved the day. Also, the work you guys did with all those items on the 26ft Penske, rearranging everything so everything would fit. You didn't have to, but you did anyway because you knew I had been driving for a full day non stop and had already stopped at three previous stores, loading large and small items. I was so exhausted. Thank you so very much. I cant thank you enough.

This company is a HOT MESS. No one in this company know what they are doing but they seem to be the only ones one here saying how good of a company this is. My husband's credit was ran and he was promised a bed that was sold to someone else.. Just to be clear this was done by the assistant Manager! Then speak to the Manager he was worst so I asked for corporate Number to speak to the district manager, he gave me a number to someone that was disconnected. So I googled corporates number and I speak to a girl who clearly sounds like she is at home in front of the tv. And she assured me that it would be handled and I would be contacted! It has been 2 months and I still haven't been contacted!! I truly want people to know when you look for furniture.. please pay more for better custer service. It will pay off in the final purchase!!! Better furniture that last and better customer service elsewhere!!!
