I would like to retract my earlier statement concerning the removal of my couch after purchasing a recliner. The store manager and the salesman personally came to my apartment and removed the couch for me. I am very happy and impressed that store manager and the salesman both came to remedy the situation. I WILL be shopping with Grand Home Furnishings. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I was waited on immediately from a pleasant woman whom asked what I was shopping for she showed me everything they had to offer eventually I found exactly what I was looking fornI was not pressured to buy nor directed to something I did not want. Toni was a superb salesperson from our viewpoint. She demonstrated a piece that exactly met our requirements and then gave us room to talk about it. Color was an issue so we had to come back to seal the deal..

They are awesome very friendly and helpful gave me a 20% off deal I didn't even know about the manager stayed an hour after closing to help me load and tie down my furniture. Great experience thanks Nathan and Tonny ud83dude0a and the rest of the staff

Hard to find small floor lamp and Grands had one I couldn't find any where else. Love Doris!
