We walked into this store solely with the intention of browsing after visiting 2 other furniture stores. Within about 30 seconds, we found the perfect couch at a surprisingly reasonable price! Charles Dunbar was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy, and he laid out our payment options simply. Couldn’t be happier with our experience and we highly recommend this store and Mr. Dunbar.

We had a great time shopping here on a Sunday afternoon. Devin greeted us on the floor and helped make sure my girlfriend found the perfect dresser and helped me find my Dad's next birthday present. They offered price matching and multiple delivery options to ensure we got exactly what we needed!

Went to Valley View Ashley furniture store 01/23/21 and was greeted by JJ she was terrific. She work with my daughter and actually got her more furniture for her $ than another furniture store. She went over and beyond for my daughter. She then got me looking around and I purchased some things I really needed and she even gave me my 10% discount for my birthday this month. She was so sweet and love her attitude. Very helpful and knowledgeable made the experience less stressful. Rating 5 stars I’d actually give her 10 stars if available.

Steve Hensley is the most amazing sales person we have ever encountered! I am so thankful we walked in when he was here to help us. We found a great kitchen table. Incredible! The service was excellent, Steve knew exactly what to show us when we shared our style and budget. Best sales person in Ashley home furniture.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Steve Hunsley at the Ashley Furniture Store in Roanoke. I was able to get everything I wanted at the best price ever. They mean what they say about meeting or beating the lowest price found online or at another furniture store. He was very patient with me as I looked at all my options. I love this store!!! I bought a desk from there a few months ago. Still the same great service from Steve. No pressure put on me and that alone says a lot.
