Cindy Thompson is the most amazing sales person we have ever encountered! I am so thankful we walked in when she was here to help us. We found an entire house full of furniture for the same price as someone from Ashley Furniture wanted for ONE mattress. Incredible! The service was excellent, Cindy knew exactly what to show us when we shared our style and budget, and free delivery and set-up is included as well! We are receiving our furniture next week - WAY faster than Ashley quoted (8-12 weeks!!!), and we are just thrilled with the service we received. Thank you, Grand Home Furnishings!

My wife and I have been shopping Grand for thirty plus years, they always stand behind they're products and sell only the finest quality furniture and bedding. Crystal our sales rep extremely helpful and ever so patient as she handled an order that didn't live up to Grand's high standards and ultimately allowed us to replace the furniture with a new set of like value. Please note that we hadn't asked for this, they volunteered the solution. You just don't find many companies like that anymore.

I’m disappointed to say that I will end a thirty year relationship with this store over a bait and switch that got past me. I purchased $2,100 of furniture from the Valley View store and was offered 24 month financing at 0%. The contract (which I should have read much closer) offered only six months as the promotional period. The result is I’ll now pay over $600 more than I would have otherwise. I made the mistake of trusting what I was promised, their word meant nothing.nnBeware, do not trust what you’re offered. Better yet, find a store that will not treat you like this. A loyal customer means nothing there.
