Absolutely love this place. I have bought out a washer and drier, an xbox one and over almost paid off a very nice couch set. They have helped me out several times so that I can keep the items that I seem paying for instead of just trying to repossess then. They offer several different reasonable payment options like 90 day same as cash and financing for all their products and offer weekly and monthly payments. If you are in the market for new or lightly used items I highly recommend checking them out. They also have several locations over the salt lake valley.

Bait and switch found a living room set on a Facebook ad spoke with a rep on messenger and through text messages I was told initially they only had the couch in stock and the price was $300. And then told they found the set couch and love seat in stock still in the box. Asked them to hold the set till I could get there after my shift. they said they would I was so excited since this was my birthday gift from my husband. I got off work and headed over. When I got there the employees and there were two. a young man and a woman were busy on their computers and told me they would be right with me. When I told the young man what I was there for he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. but then I overheard him say on the phone she is here. he took me back into the stockroom and there they were that is when he started to talk about a payment plan. which I had already discussed with the rep who was texting me cash payment when I told the employee the price went up to $1600 which was 4X the amount discussed in text. The young man started to talk about thier inflation of prices due to no credit check... um I dont need a credit check I was paying cash I was quoted $300 for the couch. The loveseat cant be inflated that much! that is when the employee told me that was for the "couch" that was on the showroom floor which there was not a couch but there was a love seat that looked as though it had been put in the elements. dirt splashed up on the leather and leaves still on the seat... when I explained that was not the conversation that was had and even showed the conversation with the employee he said well there is nothing I can do I asked to get his manager on the phone. he did the manager said nothing he could do. I explained and showed the conversation to the employee and told them If the price wouldn't be honored I would be sure to let folks know of my experience that is when I was told I would be sued for slander!!! .. I have proof of this conversation that was between myself and the "manager " of this location. Very dismayed and disappointed never again customer...
