While the service we received at Value City while purchasing was impeccable, I will never buy furniture from here ever again. We purchased a couch set at the end of summer 2019, in September of 2020 both of the mechanisms went out to recline on our large couch. We spent extra money for their warranty. We either have an option to receive $377 (which doesn't even cover the cost of the couch) or to get a replacement (which then voids the warranty on that piece). This set is barely a year old and this is completely unacceptable. Especially for the money we spent on it.nUPDATE:nI did decide to email them per instructed by their social media team. They were very unhelpful and missed the point of my review along with insulting my intelligence thinking people walk around unaware of how a warranty works.nnDo yourself a favour, purchase good products from smaller businesses. They're ethical and have better product. Along with with the fact that you will be treated much better should a problem arise.nnCouches should last longer then 365 days.

Nice furniture at Value City!!! I just bought some office furniture for my home and I totally like it!nQuality furniture, good prices, and excellent service from the Sales Representative- Thanks Regina!nnRegina was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything the first time I looked at the furniture. Her positive attitude and knowledge of the product helped me to make a decision to buy the furniture on my second visit to Value City!!

Bobbi Jo was my sales associate and she was great. She answered all my questions and made sure I received the best deal possible to get the items I wanted. I even called her a month later and purchased more items over the phone with her. She was excited to help and extremely personable. I highly recommend her!!

I have always loved Value City Furniture. 16 years ago our interior decorator told us to visit VCF since it had quality furniture by reputable manufacturers. We loved what we saw then and I have been shopping there ever since. I currently need some area rugs and stopped by to see what they had in stock, and found 3 that fit the bill at great prices. I am thrilled every time I go to Value City!

Came in today looking for a new couch. Left and went to four other furniture stores. Each other place had an issue, whether it was trumped up prices with 60% discounts or salesmen that wouldn’t leave us alone to browse. Ended up back at Value City mainly because of Larry Stewart and his excellent customer service. When we walked back in he remembered us and came to greet us. Wasn’t pushy and simply made himself available when we were interested in a couch. It was a pleasure to be there and we will be back for future services.nnWhen you walk in ask for Larry Stewart. He will take care of you!
