Derek Webb is a fantastic person that is very helpful. He helped us look for the furniture we were looking for, we did not feel rushed at all and he answered every question we asked. He is very knowledgeable and sincere and dedicated to his work. His manners are impeccable. We left there feeling like we had made a new friend. He needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. It is hard to find someone who wants to help you and goes over and above. Kudos to you Derek, you are an asset to Red Barn Furniture Outlet!!!

Derek is the man. We made the mistake of not buying from them, and ended up crawling back after a disastrous purchase and delivery from another company. We ha e now purchased our bedroom set, a sleeper sofa, and a chair. I will not go anywhere else except right back to see them. The prices as well as warranty and delivery is better than anyone in the Richmond area. It is well worth the drive to see them.nnThanks for everything.

Great place, great selection. Derrick was helpful and kind. Price is very reasonable. Only reason we didn't go with 5 stars, delivery is scheduled on Friday so we haven't experienced that yet. Confident we'll be back to update to a full 5. Highly recommended

My wife and I needed dining room chairs. The ones we had lived out their life expectancy and just were getting too unsafe to use. Upon arrival at Red Barn Furniture Outlet we were greeted by Wendy and Derrick who were so helpful and treated us as family.nNow I am not a small person so I asked Derrick who understood my big problem personally, that I needed dining room chairs that would hold up to the gravitational pull that earth has on my body. Derrick showed me the Liberty Line of dining room chairs that would stand up to 350 pounds of gravitational pull and not let me down if you know what I mean ! LOLnThe only problem was that the chairs were on back order and it could be several months before they arrived. Due to the extreme urgency and need for the chairs, Derrick loaned me four floor model chairs until the others come in. Took the chairs home and they did not fit under our old table because of the style table we had so we went back and purchased the Liberty table We were so glad we did , it was a beautiful set together. Thank you for all you have done to make a fat man happy. Excellent customer service.Don’t be fooled by the Outlet name this is a first class fine furniture store.
