We were looking for a dresser and went in to look around. Found one of good quality with reasonable price. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back for other items.
Encore Gallery is one of the finest carefully-used furniture stores I've ever been .The manager, Tess , and her daughter, Katie are a pleasure to work with and are quite knowledgable of the stores' inventory which is extensive to say the least. We locals are grateful to have such a place in our area to buy and sell our finer goods . The time and effort put into this business is clearly evident and I cannot imagine a better place to trade , Thanks much !
On several occasion, I have visit Encore Home Gallery. I have always overlooked the fact that the atmosphere is COLD and UNFRIENDLY but still made a few purchases. Last week was the straw that broke the camel's back. I walked into the store and said hello to an employee who was sitting behind the counter at a desk. The employee looked me dead in my eyes and never uttered a word. Upon leaving the store, I said have a nice day, she quickly turned her head so she wouldn't have to acknowledging me. I will never step a foot in this store again. African Americans Beware!
I am very happy with my new sofas. I needed two that matched. I found them there and was thankful that Tess gave me a great deal on both.nShe was happy to hold them for me while we finished our little remodel job. When the guys brought them out they were very professional and friendly and helpful in getting my old sofas to Habitat. I like browsing there whenever I need something “new”. We are blessed to have a store like this in our area.
Tess provided great service. I love my puchases and prices are so reasonable. I will return to browse and purchase again. Store was clean and well organized, too.
