Trivett's Furniture

I have been purchasing furniture from this location since the early 90's. I am always well pleased with the selection of furniture to choose from and the price. The entire staff is extremely helpful and patient, believing the customer comes first. I am one of those satisfied customers!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Trivett's. I looked at 5 furniture stores in Fredericksburg this week (3/6/2031). None of them compared to the selection, quality, and customer service of Trivett's. I was helped by a young lady named Camille; she literally could not have possibly been any nicer. She did not hover around me. She did not try to pressure me into anything. She gave me honest answers, And if she did not know the answer, she didn't just make one up off the top of her head like so many people do. She would go straight to the manager and find the answer for me. She was an absolute joy! The manager was completely stellar, as well! He knows his store from top to bottom, and he knows his people and trains them well.They were so very accommodating to me. I got a great price on a beautiful, quality set of bedroom furniture and a new mattress. I always encourage others to get a second opinion, and compare prices, etc. So, when you are shopping for furniture or a new mattress, certainly do your homework and look at more than one store. But, I can tell you from experience, Trivett's far outshines any of its local competitors in Fredericksburg. They had the best and largest selection of furniture, they had really fair prices, they had the friendliest and most professional sales people, and they were the most accommodating. And, for you dog lovers out there, the bonus is you might get to meet Spice at the payment counter!!

The sales person was great. I had been in about a month earlier looking for office furniture. When I walked in yesterday, not only did she remember me, she remembered what I had been interested in for my home office. She checked the availability and had great news. The items are hopefully on the truck from the manufacturer and are due to arrive next week. She was thorough and professional. Now I just hope the furniture is on the truck!

Kyle provided amazing service!! He helped layout our room and determine which sectional was perfect for our space (even when it was less expensive than what we were originally thinking). We plan to purchase with Kyle again.
