My mother and I came in looking for a mattress and a dining set. Brittany was exceptional in helping us find what we needed. She understood what we came in for and found us some awesome things for a great price. Will be coming back very soon. Thanks again to Brittany!
Cant say enough about Brittany! We had a horrible experience with the delivery people on 3/28 and had to select a different couch and even though Brittany was alone in the store and about to close she stayed open so we could come in and select and pick up a different set knowing she wouldn't make anything on the sale. She was patient, kind and didnt rush us at all! We'll definitely be back for more furniture and hope to work with Brittany again!!
Great customer Service. Brittany was very knowledgeable and attentive. Shawn the store manager, went out of his way to check on us.i was extremely happy with our purchase and experience. I recommend this store for everyone.
Britnee went out of her way to help me. A manager from out of town was working the store the day that I came in, and he was being a total jerk. As I was leaving Britnee told me to come back another day and she would make sure I was taken care of in a better manner. True to her word, I went back another day, and got a great deal on a new mattress She went above and beyond!
The customer service was great! They were able to get everything I needed with ease. I was a quick and simple process.
