Solomon is the BEST SALES AGENT at Ashley Outlet. He’s very informative, patient and kind. I appreciate how he wasn’t pushy and aggressive. It’s hard to find a sales agent like him in the sales game.Solomon doesn’t talk a bunch of fluff. He’s straight to the point and honest. My mother and I enjoyed our experience with him. Jared was fantastic with helping us out, despite all of my uncertainty and changes of mind. He was really easy to get along with and super friendly, and made great suggestions to help me find the best sofa for my new apartment. I would definitely come back for any more furniture needs and would recommend to anyone in the stress. The prices were fantastic as well.
We traveled down from Northern VA to see what The Ashley Home Store Outlet may have had for our basement since we have remodeled it. We didn’t know what to expect but surprisingly found the exact living room set we wanted at the regular Ashley retail store and more. However, the best part of the shopping experience was working with a young salesman named Solomon. He was patient, honest, and went above and beyond to give us impeccable service. He communicated with us very well and didn’t pressure us at all. In fact, Solomon’s customer service is some of the best we have encountered in years. Be sure to ask for him when you visit this store!
We recently purchased furniture and Jared was our salesman. He really knows his stuff! He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as my husband and I were deciding on the best pieces for our new home. Jared was patient with us and took us through the store while he explained the specifics of the pieces we were interested in. We were super pleased with the dresser and the other pieces when we picked them up. They worked perfectly in our new home! The quality of the furniture is excellent and Jared was able to guide us in the right direction to find pieces that were the proper size and scale for our new home. Thank you Jared for your patience and kindness! We will certainly buy from Ashley again.
What an amazing store! I stopped in today to look for a media cabinet and Chase was incredible help. We are also in the market for new sofa/loveseat so when I asked Chase about one of the products, he was a WEALTH of knowledge. He showed me around (even trying out a sofa for me so I could see how it fit a tall person) You can bet we will be back to purchase from Ashley furniture BECAUSE Chase never made menFeel pressured or even intimated. He was so easy to work with. I truly wish more employees were this way.
