Corbin’s Confections in Salem is an amazing place, They provide top notch customer service. Respectful, friendly and willing to help. Their desserts are great!!! The pie proved extremely toothsome, and the muffins light and hot.
Shana made a gluten free and vegan lemon / blueberry cake for a birthday celebration. It was decorated beautifully. It was delicious!! You would never know it was gluten free and vegan.
They call me the gluten free diva and I absolutely love and trust Corbin’s to deliver the best gluten and allergen free reads, cakes, cupcakes and quiche with a perfect crust.nMy daughter in law treated me with a dozen cupcakes for Mother’s Day that were hand delivered to my door (with proper social distancing, of course). They were perfect in every way.
Shana made a gluten free vegan carrot cake for a birthday celebration. It was decorated beautifully. All the guests commented on how good it was, and that they would not have guessed it was gluten free and vegan. It was also a pleasure interacting with her and her staff. This is a great bakery, so much better than anything you will find in a supermarket.
Wayne is the absolute nicest. He went out of his way to help me get some yummy gluten free treats to my sister after surgery. I live in Texas, but they will be a first stop next time I am in town.
