Pretty low key place. Friendly staff. Not impressed at all with the baked goods. Reminds me of gluten free baked goods I made when first starting gluten free in 2005 with namaste flour. I had three of my five kids with me and none of them wanted to finished their baked goods (brownie, cupcake, chocolate chip cookie). My eldest daughter ordered a coffee and loved it. Overall the consensus was that it was underwhelming. Again, people were good, baked goods were not.
Fantastic place. The food is amazing (I recommend the brownies and/or hamburger buns...but you can’t go wrong with anything here). The owner is very pleasant and the environment is welcoming. If I could give Kickshaws 10 stars, I would. I’ll definitely be back soon!
I have been a customer for years and love the quality of the baked goods and the creativity! I personally do not even worry about gluten but I like to order things from kickshaws because they are just that good! They baked my birthday cake this year it was a lemon lavender cake and it was a big hit with EVERYONE and was great because I had guests with varying dietary restrictions and their items check all the boxes! Can't recommend more!
New to the area and just lucked onto finding this place. Come to find out they just opened at this new location. Potato and sourdough bread are amazing, just like homemade!! Scones are great too but they were out of the cinnamon rolls so can't wait to try those soon! Highly recommend!n12/29 Got my cinnamon roll and it was AMAZING!!!
My son and daughter have very specific allergies that make getting anything out of the house VERY difficult. Kickshaws has been a life changer, the owner lives the very life that she serves and her baked goods truly are made from the heart.nWe will be life long customers here!
