I stopped by to get something to drink and saw that the drive thru line was long. When I got to the window I saw the young lady working all by herself and was struggling a little bit. Then another worker came by while she was on her phone and didn’t bother to help her. Of course she didn’t have her name tag on, but she had on a black undershirt under her Dunkin’ shirt. I definitely think the manager should speak to her about this..
Excellent customer service! I’m a truck driver and the employees working tonight 12/22/2020 are fantastic!! Very friendly and courteous!! Coffee and donuts were fresh and delicious!
If you’re driving down 95 from the NE, maybe skip this Dunkies.... they don’t do it like they do it up North here. Drive thru menu super dirty and hard to read. Hash browns were somehow burnt and soggy at the same time and they made the double-double coffees waaay too sweet.nnI gave 1 extra star for the super friendly employees though.
Waited 25 minutes for my food in the drive through. Then had to pull off to the side to wait for them to bring it out. The food was all cold. Cheese was not melted. Bagels were cold wit a smear of cream cheese.
The team is trying their best during a literal global pandemic, some of these reviews here forget that as well as contradict themselves. Be appreciative of your essential workers.❤ufe0f
