I wish that I could give Tyler the manager 10 stars. Tyler was brilliant!. He really helped me. When i went to the apple store they helped a little but was throwing me in circles. They sent me to the sprint store. Tyler fought hard for me. He was in customer service with apple on the phone and they kept throwing us in circles. I love that man. He went far and beyond to get me the help I needed. I ended up quiting apple for another phone. Everything Tyler did apple could have done. Tyler works so hard and he is the nicest person I've met. He really needs a raise. He fought to get me a working phone. This man needs a raise. If I come back and he doesn't have a raise I'm gonna contact head boss. Everything was messing up on me for 2 days and Tyler was the most patient man. He seems like he really has a lot of compassion and love for all that comes through his doors. Please give Tyler a raise! For how hard he works. I'm super happy with my new phone and the help he gave me. I know that everywhere I've been weather it's apple or other sprint stores I've never had the kind of customer service Tyler has given me. I give this brilliant man 10 stars!

Was visiting America from New Zealand and needed some data on a SIM card to use while on holiday. Staff here were super friendly and sorted me out with a plan that would cover me for the duration of my stay. Had no issues with the service at all. Highly recommend

Outstanding store and service! John was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about The products, especially phones, as well as all current offers and plan details. We have a tight budget, a didn’t want to be surprised by new charges - John ensured we got only what we wanted. John went above and beyond to help us out and we really appreciate it. We are very happy with our experience and will be returning to this location when the need arises.

I love Sprint. 7UP is nice, but that extra lemon-lime taste really makes it soar.
