This place is a hidden beauty within the heart of downtown Salt Lake city. Each individual room is unique and has a breathe taking atmosphere, it gives each person a good sense of entitlement of musical freedom with no judgement. If you are a musical enthusiasts this is the place for you. Everything is 100% secure and has great protocol to allowing member and guess into the building and private rooms

You get a great deal for the price. Plenty of space and lots of good security. It's a pretty good location as well. As far as practice spaces go, this is by far one of the best. They also work with you on payments, if you know you're going to be late, which is nice to know if you need to do that. Probably the best part is how secure they keep the building tho. Not just anybody can get in and guests are monitored as well. Nothing too crazy, but it gives me peace of mind to know my space with thousands of dollars worth of music equipment is gonna stay safe.

No carts for gear! All stairs! Couldn't use a cart if offered. No elevator either. Real hard to get gear in and out! But its secure.
