Absolutely horrible customer experience. No support in purchase and then when picking up my purchase absolutely no help to the point I left the store so frustrated and had to send my husband back to get the item and he had bare minimum service as well. Will not visit this Apple store again in the future.
Nothing interesting here, everything overpriced. There are better computers that you can actually play games on them... something that apple fanboys do not understand. There are other phones that actually take decent pictures, anyway if you want to waste your money on garbage, be my guest.
I bought a new $4000 macbook pro and then drove up to Boise (the Apple store in Boise is currently closed). After finding the laptop was DOA and spending two hours talking to Apple support, they refused to let me return the laptop by mail, insisting I had to drive 5 hours back to SLC and return it there. Apple's return policy does not have any indication that items purchased at a physical store must be returned there.
THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. Found a sign on the door saying it was closed until further notice. 8/25/20
Ron was my Genis guy. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He did not tell me what I wanted to here but took care of the situation regardless.
