Kitchen Magic

If i could give this company ZERO STARS I would!!! I have been dealing with kitchen magic for 3 Months for a very simple cabinet refacing of 12 cabinets that had been damaged in our kitchen. We are selling our home and set up our photos to be taken the day after our scheduled install would be done. FIRST, they stalker called and emailed my father and I to the point of annoyment for a month about my install date of Nov. 12th... on the day, NO INSTALLER EVEN SHOWED UP. This was a MASSIVE inconvenience for my family, the photographer and our realtor. Not to mention the kitchen wasn’t ready for the photos and it was a financial loss and inconvenience. THEN, when kitchen magic apologetically sent the installer to come a few days later... when he opened the boxes the order was COMPLETELY WRONG. We had to cancel our open house. KITCHEN MAGIC did NOT listen to our needs. They manufactured the incorrect style of cabinet faces so they did not match our other existing cabinets. Our kitchen looked like a checkerboard. THEN, when I called to complain about yet ANOTHER massive inconvenience... I was assured they would replace the mismatched faces promptly and free of charge. At our next install date...the installer again opened the boxes and the new faces were not there. He had to leave because there was nothing for him to install. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!! SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Buyer beware! They sold us on being better quality cabinets than the competition. Within 24 hours of the cabinets being installed, my gray cabinets now all have yellow discoloration around the edges. I worry that when they finally get replaced, it might happen again. I then called customer care who had to send a claims person back out. Of course, the guy never shows up for the scheduled appointment. It seems like they are more than willing to keep a sales appointment time to make money but they can't seem to hold an appointment to fix their mistakes. This will now delay ANOTHER week as I told them I am only available on Tuesdays during their appointment hours due to my work schedule. I stressed this to them to ensure that they could come out when I was home and they no-show me. Be very careful with this company.

Did a great job with our kitchen remodel From start to finish installer did a great job was a pleasent person and cleaned up after the job was complete very satisfied.

I have been reaching out repeatedly to secure a refund for my cancelled kitchen project. It's been over 10 weeks and I have had no response or progress towards resolution.

Around 7am on 80 E (12/13/19) one of your trucks was driving very unprofessionally & I was scared they were going to hit me. I couldn't get off & away from him fast enough.
