I live about 3 1/2 hours away from this location but I was here cause my mom was having surgery at the u of u. My time was up on my jump on demand phone. I had to either upgrade my phone or keep it. I went in to this location to better learn my options. I was greeted right as i walked in the door by Ashton. I was very happy with the services and experience. Ashton was very helpful. He was very informative. He was polite and explained everything very well. I walked out of store with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. So far I love the phone. I would definitely recommend this t- mobile store and employee to friends and family.
Melany was the sweetest and most helpful person. I felt comfortable asking her questions and she was patient enough to explain things. She was awesome !
The employees at this store were kind and efficient. They helped me switch to a new device and ensured I didn’t lose any data. They took their time and I felt valued as a customer. I also appreciated all the sanitary and safety measures to protect customer health during COVID uncertainty. Highest level of professionalism.
This location needs proper training by actual T-Mobile representatives. They literally have no idea how T-Mobile operates and their customer service is severely lacking. And Landon needs a lot of work with problem solving and how to interact with customers.
