I purchased a laptop from SolidBox to be used for work in June of 2018. The model is the Creative Mobile L1. I absolutely love this machine! It's wicked light and easy to travel with which was one of my top requirements, but it's certainly a "solid" piece of hardware - pun intended. I've had absolutely no technical issues with it so far. In addition, working with the folks at SolidBox was a pleasure as well. Their expertise is for real and everyone goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer! Much appreciated SolidBox! Thank you for a very positive experience. I will definitely do business with you again in the future.

Phenomenal Computers and Staff! If your anything like me, you have a strong hate for dell computers from previous experiences with overseas tech support or a nightmarish replacement that took several months to resolve. I can assure you this will not happen with your Solidbox. This was my biggest hesitation jumping onboard again with a Dell machine with this so called “super computer” that I have been hearing so much about that Solidbox builds. Well I was proved wrong. This little creative 3 laptop drives like a Lamborghini, looks like a Lamborghini (only when you put a Solidbox sticker over the Dell logo of course) and the tech support is truly outstanding from Solidbox. They are a US based company, all their employees speak perfect English and you either get a call back the same day if you reach the voicemail or someone answers the phone… what a concept no waiting in line for help. This is a highly highly recommended computer to purchase, you may pay a little bit more upfront for the machine compared the same type of models on the internet but the support that is provided is absolutely outstanding, worth every single penny. Wish I would have found them sooner.

Chris, Joel, Tanner, Chris and the entire team at SolidBox are Solidworks Superstars! Not only do they know Solidworks, but they know how to build the best computers to run the application. Team Solidbox has built all our custom Solidworks computers for several years now. One of latest 'beasts' was an eight (8) monitor monstrosity! The machine powers 8 HDTVs AND 8 24" monitors to provide a full wall experience. It is something to behold. The support does not stop at building and selling the best CAD computers, but also helping out with application issues that can be real head scratchers. The team at Solidbox their years of Solidworks experience has paid off in helping us solve some issues with the Solidworks and Solidworks Composer. I am extremely happy with Solidbox!
