Such an awesome place. I am a very very new person to photography, the staff was courteous and helpful with no pressure. I got exactly what I was looking for, and didn't feel overwhelmed. The store itself is very clean and orderly. Cool art in the parking lot. With as busy as they were, we waited only about 3 min until someone spent as much time as we needed with us. Shout out to Berkley Pack for getting my husband and I cameras that suited each of our needs. We will be back soon

So initially I was told on the phone that this place had a tripod plate that upon arriving, it ended up they didn't carry it. But they made it right. They apologized profusely and called a local sales rep to find 2 other local stores I could try to get what I needed. Wow! What great, empathetic service! I would go out of my way to patronize their store again given the great experience I had.

Chris was excellent in helping me with my canon order. They didn’t have a lens in stock (neither did anyone else) - he worked with his canon rep and next thing I know they have one set for me. Excellent customer service, will be porting all my gear purchases through these guys now

I worked with both Kenny and Chris at Pictureline and they were so helpful! I wanted the new Canon R6 camera and the 28-70 /2.0 rf lens which were both out of stock. They notified me as soon as the camera was ready. When it appeared I wouldn't be able to get the lens I wanted, they called me and talked me through what I would be using the lens for and made recommendations for equipment that would best fit my needs as a photographer if the lens couldn't be found. After I expressed that I really wanted this specific lens, they went above and beyond to make arrangements to get me the lens I wanted! I was thrilled with their service, and when I went in to get my new camera, Kenny took the time to walk me through the setup process and showed me how to use the special features and recommended the best settings for my style. I would highly recommend any photographers looking for equipment to go to Pictureline as you'll receive exceptional service!
