Can get super busy but most of people know what they are talking about. First call employee tomas and David always take care of us. But the employees will throw a fit about wearing a mask

Perfect service I was at AutoZone across the street. They gave me a big grief over no mask I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one. O'Reilly didn't seem to care oh, they understood my medical condition. Where AutoZone was very rude.

This is a serviceable auto parts store in a fine location. Prices and selection meet expectation. Employees are relatively knowledgeable and helpful. Bottom line is unless you have an import, you'll probably find what you need at a decent price if you can't wait for an online order. Plenty of parking, Egress onto Redwood Road requires patience if you want to head North.
