My experience working with Casey Thaler has been nothing short of exceptional. Casey was courteous and attentive from the moment I walked in the store and he followed through after the sale to ensure the furniture delivery arrangements were coordinated so I didn’t have to worry about anything. He’s been incredibly responsive, professional and is genuinely a kind person. I would highly recommend Casey as your go-to representative as he goes above and beyond what you typically expect and Bob’s is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. Matthew was very helpful in helping me to decide which new recliners I wanted to get for my home. He showed me a lot of different ones and explained each one on how they worked. And even though I had bought from Bobs before he went over the delivery options and prices for everything. In all I had a very excellent experience at the store with the help of my salesman Matthew. Excellent experience. I knew what I wanted via their website,(Bed headboard and footboard) but I wanted to see it in person before ordering. I was greeted at the door and Bob was my guide to check out the item in person. He answered all my questions about delivery etc.. and completed the check out via his tablet. I wanted to roam around on my way out. No pressure from anyone. All good, can't wait to get my new Spencer bed!

Large selection of furniture, really great prices. We were able to get a dining set with six chairs, a recliner, a sofa, and a dresser for under $2,000.nnthe quality of the furniture seemed good in store but will have to wait to update review when it's delivered.nnThey were very good with the covid safety measures when we went. Everyone stayed socially distance as much as possible and staff wore the masks correctly the entire time.nnSo far very pleased but will update review once we get there furniture.

We visited Bob’s discount furniture store for the first time today. We were very impressed with the furniture, the way it was displayed, and most of all with the girl that waited on us, Victoria. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture, putting us at ease right away, and a pleasure to work with. After we picked out our furniture, including a lift chair she help me talk my husband into buying, we left the store.
