A whole new brand new store! Located on the Upper Darby, PA side of the Bond Shopping Center. Very clean this time. Walk in and get great stuff. Customer Service is better this time. No fuss no mush it's a must!

The store is clean and seems to be stocked it’s smaller than most stores I frequent. The store has Very poor customer service to say the least. Everyone deserves to be greeted with a smile and a hello, especially in a business! The obese employee named “KRIS” is very rude and condescending. She is very passive aggressive and I think she needs to be away from customers. She is gonna meet the wrong individual and she will be set straight if she continues to practice mean tones. I witnessed her being rude to a young girl that is actually one of her coworkers!? Management needs to address her poor judgments and character flaws. There are so many whom deserve the position, and would value the experience and customers alike! Shame on you Dollar Tree!!

I am constantly treated with disrespect in this store by the employees and especially the manager. Today none of the employees were wearing masks and the manager had his around his neck. I asked nicely why no one was wearing masks and he tried to ignore me but finally said it's their choice. The girl at the register laughed at me. I will never go to this or any dollar tree ever again. I have a bad heart and don't go out much because of the virus. This experience really disturbed me. ud83dude1e

Very bad employee. My wife asked the kid at the register to use her bag and he said ok. The proceeded to chat with his friend and putting our goods in a bag and not ours. My wife politely tried to get his attention about not using our bag, he kept chatting away and when I spoke up he then proceeded to say that I was treating him like a child and kept on going on telling me to go sit in my car and saying to people around us that I was rude for pointing out his not paying attention. Very unprofessional and dollar tree needs to stop hiring immature kids as cashiers.
