Barbara was my salesperson. I told her what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable and attentive. Gave me the best pricing, wrote everything down for me to take home or to other mattress stores for comparison. Went to another store where I was passed around like chopped liver I think because I was a woman alone. Only my guess. But couples were given much more attention. No prices on the mattresses. No details like at Mattress Firm. Came back to Barbara asking to compare another mattress I had seen at another store to the original one I chose with her. She was very honest and explained the difference and why the other was hundreds of dollars cheaper. Her non-aggressive approach was perfect. Fact based. I bought a very expensive mattress from her that I know I will be happy with it. Yay for Barbara.

Very good experience a knowledgeable service representative! Even in CoVid times we were able to try different mattresses and feel safe in so. Prices were good and we were happy with our purchase!

Great Experience at the Mattress Firm in Exton! Barbara was fantastic and was able to help us ID the perfect mattress for us within our price range! She was was knowledgeable in all mattress options and answered all of our questions.

Salesman was very helpful. He was helping myself, as well as a couple. He made sure to go back and forth and help us both without keeping the other waiting. He showed me exactly what I asked for and was patient while I kept going back and forth between 2 mattresses and then a third one. He also showed the different adjustable bases and explained the differences. He was able to work out a deal so I could get what I wanted.
