Terrible place.
Great prices and friendly people
I called Applied for used commercial grade shelving for my garage—my experience was as good as it can get. Fair prices, fantastic customer service, and the nicest delivery driver ever (again, with a fair price). Go local and call Applied, you won’t regret it.
Terrible customer service.(First negative review I've ever written) Was that un-impressed.
1) Called their office about 10 times over the course of three days and got no answers each time...
2) Was told they needed two days to cut the material to size, was told they'd call early on Wednesday... Never got a call so i called and was told it would be mid afternoon. Re clarified i'd like a call due to it being a general "Mid-afternoon" expectation and was told no problem. Called about 3:30pm to check on the status due to origionally being told Wednesday morning, then mid afternoon... I was then told, "oh yeah they're ready and have been for a while."
3) Arrived to pick them up and there was no one in the office, waited for thirty minutes in the office then had to walk around to the lot in the back of the building to find an employee, that employee took so long that i had to leave and send one of my employees to pick it up the following day.
4) Sent an employee to pick up the shelving and the upright beams that "needed to be cut" were not cut and were three feet too high after my employee loaded them all and unloaded them all at our warehouse...
5) Was then told "I could reload them and bring them back to the their shop myself if i wanted them cut."
DON"T USE THEM.
