Haven’t decided yet whether we’re going to repair our couch or get a new one, but they were so friendly and knowledgeable on the phone while getting a quote that I had to leave a review. Definitely a great customer experience, and if/when we do get repairs, it’ll be from these guys.
Joe was great! He did an amazing job on my wife's late father's recliner. The work is exceptional. He was honest and when I showed him the piece was able to give me a quote and that's what it was. I recommend this place for any furniture upholstery needs.
Quick, responsive, and does great work. Highly recommend for all furniture coverings, ikea or otherwise.
Brought in our faux leather sectional that had peeled everywhere after 4 years. They took the time to walk me through their shop and show me different options to make an informed decision as far as material, stitching and cushion filler. Had a few little tweaks we wanted done to the design. The couch came out better than I hoped. Will definitely be back if we need something done in the future.
Had a loveseat reupholstered at another business and the buttons started falling apart immediately after. I called Zion and told them the situation and sent pictures. They told me to bring it down at my convenience and it would be a 10 minute fix. The employees were a joy to deal with and didn't charge me for their time! Can't wait to send more projects their way!
