Great salon! I see Emily and she is amazing. I come in with a photo of what am thinking and she works her magic.
I had an appointment with a specific stylist and once I got there the stylist was supposedly not there. How did this happen I am not sure so then the receptionist is trying to figure out what to do. I have had this appointment for over a month. The receptionist says they can squeeze me in but I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to be put in. The receptionist never apologized. I waited because I needed to correct my hair after a bad hair dye. When I came back an hour and 15minutes later I was still waiting. I went up to the receptionist and she did not even show any empathy that I had been waiting so long because of their mistake. They finally took me and even though the cut was great the dye job was awful. I still had a bunch of orange strands in my hair and it was not what I asked for. I went to pay and all the receptionist said to me was “aren’t you glad you waited”. I was not I was given no discount for waiting over an hour for their mistake and the job was done poorly. The costumer service there is terrible. Did not feel welcomed or cared for. I will never go back, not worth the cash.
Pleasant atmosphere, clean, sensitive to any concerns and be ready to be pampered. Thanks to Christine and all the staff!
Lovely place. They're very good about being safe with covid. And I had a really good haircut.
