Sales Associate was very helpful even though the store was very busy.nWhen we were at the store we were not sure if we were ready to purchase, so she printed out all the information we would need to just call and order over the phone if we decided to go ahead. No pressure at all.nWe did decide to make the purchase. I called and ordered over the phone.nDanielle let me know there was a promotion going on and gave us the discount. She placed the order and sent us a confirmation.nVery good sales experience.

We worked with Chris, our Sales Rep, to find the perfect furniture for our living room. Chris was polite, patient and asked questions to understand our tastes and needs. We initially went to Bernie and Phyl's, but checked out other furniture stores either in person or online. We decided Bernie and Phyl's had exaction what we wanted at a reason price. Overall experience was excellent!

Great experience, no pushy salesman, easy purchases and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, prices and options of different products they had. Will definitely go back.nnUpdate four months later and we still don’t have our furniture. I’ll likely still go back as I liked the quality of product and options, but I find it hard to understand how there has been so little Communication and follow up on the delay to our products when they were estimated to come in October and now it’s late December.nnHope they come soon.

I had a very good experience shopping at Bernie and Phyl's. Our sales person, Danielle, was very helpful without ever getting in the way. The store has an excellent selection of furniture in a very attractive setting designed by an interior designer, which helps picture furnishings in your home. They have a large selection of reclining sofas and I managed to find one that looks like a regular sofa, which was my goal, and it's very comfortable and well-built. It was on sale at 8% off for $1200, less than the competition. They're able to deliver it within the week for only $79, $50-100 less than the competition, and are removing my old sofa for $80, something none of their competition offers. I went in thinking Bernie and Phyl's would be pricier than the competition but found not only are they very competitive, but when you include shipping charges they are often less. All this in an attractive show room with no pressure sales. I couldn't be happier.

I was able to find the furniture in store that I had browsed online. It's a very beautiful showroom. A staff member greeted me and told me to take my time and when and if I needed his assistance to let him know. It was a very relaxed and comfortable shopping experience.
