Literally the best vendor I’ve ever worked with. From the opening of my business last year right up until today, there has never been an issue that FSS didn’t go over and beyond with me to resolve. Early on, Blake and the team spent the time to understand my specific needs and ensured I had the right info to make the best purchase decisions for my store, and sourced the right products for me - both new and used - to work within my physical store location limitation requirements and, more importantly, within budget. Even now, when issues arise, FSS has reached out to manufacturers on my behalf in order to get special/favorable results I’d never get or expect to receive on my own. Food Service Supply is truly a diamond in the rough. I really believe they are disrupting the restaurant equipment business. They have helped me with the kitchen at the R&R BBQ Sandy, the Audi Executive Club at REAL Salt Lake, and the three kitchen at Zions Bank Real Training Center in Herriman. Blake, Gary and the rest of the FSS team were amazing. And they saved us a lot of money.
