Just got off the phone with one of the members at planet fitness, I did not catch his name, but he gave me a run down on the Black member card and what I need to do when I have a guest coming with me ! He also answered any other questions I had ! He was so sweet ! Great Customer Service!
The gym looks pretty small from the outside but very large once you enter. Plenty of cardio and weight machines around. They are following covid guidelines! I enjoy coming here for my workout! Thank you!
Very friendly staff great atmosphere and a layout that makes sense.
Do not join. They will not honor cancellations. They have the most convoluted process for cancellations. In 2021, you cannot call or process a cancellation online, you must use snail mail. How inconvenient. Oh and no, confirmation either. After speaking with an associate who told me the account had been cancelled, but I was still billed for March. Not worth it. Smelly locker room, broken equipment, and difficult to leave.
