Best massage i ever had.Very nice ladies,great service and not pushy about tips....By FAR best place i ever recieved a massage.Call and they keep theyre word on appointments....
They have different packages that can be a bit pricy. The place is neat clean but I received poor service. I think this places needs to retrain stuff about the way stuff is asking for tips but more that that they need to learn to stop renegotiating the package and or price during massage.
Decent place, it really matters which massage therapist you get. Some are incredible others are really just going through the motions. I have been here 4 times and left twice not feeling I got what I paid for.
The therapist at the end basically told me my tip wasn’t good enough. I offered 10 percent tip and she told me I should do 30 percent. I settled on 20 dollar tip for a 70 dollar massage. She kept telling me I should do more. Awkward and poor manners.
Always have an amazing time here at Bamboo Valley Spa & Massage it is a little pricy however well worth it, great customer service and cleanliness, would recommend to anyone and all my friends and family. My massage therapist was Ana kuddos to her as the youngest therapist @Bamboo Valley Spa & Massage
