I used Midwest Cabinets and was very DISAPPOINTED in what I received. they cabinets I ordered DID NOT HAVE shelves and Derek at Midwest did nothing to get this resolved, he suggested that we take the the cabinet I did not order, apart and use parts to make shelves. I was again not happy with the attitude of this "rep" for Midwest. I will not purchase another product from them.
We love Midwest. They have taken care of us very well. We have built three offices with them. Each was a large project. Marcia was amazing and designed exactly what we needed in each space. Great company to work for and excellent customer service.
I bought my husbands Steel Case chair here from Scott Flemming and he took great care of us! He was knowledgeable and patient as we went through chair after chair until we found the perfect one. A few months later when I needed to find a desk for my office, I called Scott and he found the exact desk we wanted and it was even less expensive than we thought. Working with Scott and Midwest is seamless, easy, and enjoyable. I would suggest using them for any of your home or corporate office needs!
I have used Midwest a couple of times now (2 office spaces). They are fantastic to work with. Their design layouts turn heads...EVERY customer and vendor makes comments on how much they like our office. The quality of the furniture and install is awesome as well. I don't refer many people to companies but Midwest is an exception. I hope to grow my business more so that I can get another building to design/furnish again!
The team at Midwest is amazing.
From their receptionist, installers, and up the sales staff - they remember what good customer service is. They do quality work from designing the space right down to the install. If you ever have a concern they will work with you to fix it.
We just completed a huge project and always get compliments on the space.
