Delivery timeline was poor. They did not meet their delivery lead time commitment. It took 17 days for my household goods to arrive, and that is for a move that is 600 miles. The commitment was 14 days. However, the personnel that delivered the goods were professional and efficient.

The worst moving experience I have ever experienced is not even over yet. I have numerous long distance moves in my past, the MA to PA current move being the shortest. Our household goods never made the trip as North American Van Lines screwed up and had no drivers. Worst yet they never communicated their issues and left us in the dark. Their plan is to deliver 50% of our goods one week late, I think. That has not even been confirmed yet. The delivery of the balance of our goods is not scheduled yet.nnTerrible service, terrible support and no empathy from the Leominster, MA team at all. One of the VPs I reached Saturday has been very good. One shining star is a field of darkness
