Being HillTop self storage then CubeSmart... and being nearly the first customer... we had zero issues with the protection and security of belongings for 3 years. Rocco and his staff were great. CubeSmart followed in his footsteps and changed nothing that needed to be changed.nnIf you are looking for a convenient storage facility, in the Grafton/ Upton area with reasonable prices, look no further.
Easy process on line to get the discount but even better customer service in the store. Manager, Lisa Holloway was awesome. She helped me understand the process and you could tell by her confidence she knew what she was saying. We got the right size and the right materials and it was very quick and efficient. Great customer service and smart sales!
Just started renting a storage unit here this month. So far the staff has been great at accommodation our needs and answering any (of the many) questions we have had. Lisa even shoveled the snow out of in front of our unit before we arrived there for the first time, which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced storage unit in the area.
I cant say enough about this facility. I have storage at other places. This one beats them all. Keep up the good work. Also property is very clean.
The people at this storage place are very friendly. I rented a space at 5:50. And said to Lisa, I am so sorry for being close to closing time. She said to me, no worries. This is my job. Good customer service.nThankyou so much.
