Crumbl Cookies - Middletown

We came yesterday and got 4 cookies. They tasted okay. A little bit off to be honest, kind of flour like in some spots and perfect in others. It didn't taste mixed well. They were a good price, not too much at all.nnThe issue we had was the system there seemed like a mess. Everyone was just standing everywhere and didn't know where to stand. It was very loud with the mixers up front and the music playing. Someone had gone to the counter to talk to an employee, and they were too occupied with making the cookies to even acknowledge her. We also saw they didn't have a lot of options for cookie flavors. There was definitely no social distancing and they had a sign that said no more than 10 customers at a time, and there were definitely more than 10 when we came.nnI think it's a good idea for a business, but I didn't think this was well run at all. I would return if it was quieter, they actually stuck to 10 people at a time like the sign said, and the cookies were made better.

The cookies are awesome! Big enough to share so I always get several different ones and still get to try each one. It’s also nice that they change out several flavors each week so you have something new to try. Curbside is great because you can order ahead and make sure your specific flavor will be available. And the app makes ordering and picking up super easy. So glad Crumbl Cookies is here!!

I love sweets, so of course I had to try the new cookie place by my house. I was not disappointed! The cookies were warn and delicious!! Ordering was easy, service was fast, and the experience was great!! I'm excited to return to try the other revolving flavors. Great job Crumbl, see you soon!

I did not expect their cookies to be as good as they were. I went there thinking of a Mall related cookie place (which I will not name) and had low expectations based on what I had previously known. I'm a cookie fanatic and have often been let down by cookies that others swear by. This was not the case with Crumbl. They far exceeded any expectation I had! The cookies are amazing! So buttery! So soft! So gooey! So chewy! So tasty! If you want a really good cookie, look no further than Crumbl. But be prepared to have cravings once you taste their wares. You'll be coming back for seconds! And thirds. And fourths!

The cookies are absolutely phenomenal. They are obviously new and still working on their demand needs which is to be expected and the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars. They have been sold out of many items the 2 times I have tried to come. However, they are working hard to fix that issue. The cookies are great and the service was good as well. I will definitely be back and can't wait for them to work out the kinks.
