CYL Sauna Studio

I’m not usually one to make time for myself but just after 2 sessions I was officially hooked. Ive been going since the first week of February (about 3 times/week) and I’ve had zero headaches (which I would get 2-3/month), my skin has never felt so soft, and I physically and mentally feel much better! Knowing I have a session scheduled is extremely motivating to take care of myself beyond the detox. I have more energy to workout and crave food that nourishes me. THIS IS MY SELF CARE and I’m so grateful for this place ... and the friendly staff!

The staff is remarkable! They are so attentive and helpful, which adds to the experience! The studio is very clean and well-kept, which is important to me in considering which businesses I give my support. I will definitely continue to come back and purchase packages!

I absolutely LOVED this, I can't wait to go again. The staff is so helpful and fun. I took my husband and we were able to do the tandem sweat, it was the best feeling ever. If you haven't tried this yet definitely schedule immediately!

The studio is always kept so clean and the staff is very friendly! The whole is experience is very relaxing.
