Fantastic experience! Very fair pricing! Super nice!nnGene was extremely nice and communicated throughout the whole process with me. I was never in doubt of what was being done and what the path forward to repairs were. He made sure to explain any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand, even though I knew the technical side of things. Then he walked through things a bit more deeply too since I asked.nnHe worked on my custom built PC, so I'm sure he can fix anything you throw at him.nnOverall, extremely pleased with how it all went and will definitely return.

I was trying to get into an old computer, but it became a huge pain. He was able to work me in in less than a couple hours after I called, picked it up, and fixed it by the time I got my daughter from school. It was quick and painless, unlike Big Business, and the price was definitely affordable and well worth it. No doubt if I have another issue, this is the guy I'll call, and I highly suggest you do, too.

Gene was great to work with! He ordered my new MacBook screen and had it waiting for me before I dropped of my computer, never mind that I’d told him the wrong color and we had to order a second new screen.
