We stopped by LaZBoy in Anchorage not expecting to purchase furniture for our new home as we had just walked over from the competition next door and had found a set that we liked. We were just walking through and at the end of the walk we came upon the perfect set. We then located a few chairs that we really liked. Our salesperson, Lana, took the time to take the swatches out of the showroom into the daylight to give us an accurate feel for how the furniture will look in our home since the showroom lighting isn’t that great. We really enjoyed our time with Lana, she was so kind, funny and made our shopping experience such a fun time. We are very pleased with our experience and can’t wait to get our furniture.

I really liked the fact that I was giving suggestions and had the time alone to feel out the chairs without being constantly checked in on. I would have rated 5 stars but they were out of a lot of chairs which limited my selection significantly. They also weren't going to be restocked with any short amount of time making it very inconvenient for me and having to go with a third choice instead of the chair I really wanted. I wish that La z boy had more readily available selection of chairs but I also understand the quality that is put into these chairs is also time consuming and that trying to get anything shipped to alaska within a reasonable amount of time is a headache of its own. Hence why I didn't rate 3 stars and now I know if I want a la z boy I'll have to try and make sure I have a years waiting time to receive what I want.

The Lazyboy Team are friendly and welcoming. Megan helped me through the process and was full of information and was happy to find the answers I needed if she did not know them off the top of her head. Other retailers and their sales reps can often give off the vibe that they don't even want to give you the time of day, but that is not the case here. Everyone is down to earth and friendly. Quality service, Quality product.

Saddlers was absolutely amazing customer service. I researched style and fabric and what I needed for the space in my home and what my family (grandchildren)needed for comfort. I walked in. Told the wonderful service rep what I wanted and boom. She showed me the availability. I chose which one I wanted. She did the paperwork. I chose the delivery date. I paid for it and out the door I went.

I ordered a few custom pieces from the Anchorage location and it was a pleasure working with them, so far! I haven't received my order yet, due to a delay no doubt prompted by the COVID-19 supply chain issues... But the design process was smooth and both of the sales agents helping me were really knowledgeable and helpful! Megan helped me pick out fabrics, and Svetlana helped me complete the purchase. If you are looking for furniture, I'd recommend stopping by here to see if they have (or can custom order) something to fit your style!
