She is amazing and been in the industry around 25 years.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Cozy Interiors to install over 2,200 sq. feet of carpeting in our 3 story home. We initially chose them due to their business relationship with Costco. We received a very timely and reasonable estimate as well as general advice on the type of carpeting that would work best in our home. The highest level of service was given to us at every stage of our project. After we selected our carpet, Cozy scheduled our installation at a time that was very convenient to us since we had a trip and deadlines due to summer guests. They also assisted us in finding movers who could help us move the furniture as the carpet was installed from room to room. The installer they sent out was amazing. Professional and expert in every sense of the word. He helped direct the movers to make sure the timing worked best for both him and them to install the carpet. It was a very big job and occurred during one of the warmest summers we've had on record. The installation was excellent and Matt was such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Cozy Interiors for carpet installation and intend on using them again for other home projects!!!

Same as last time I tried to use this local business. Went into the store and they were bound and determined to sell me what they wanted and didn't want to hear what I wanted. They needed to remind me that they've been selling carpet for 30 years. It would have been easy to acknowledge what I was looking for and to then start looking for solutions. She just had to win....and she did. So I left.nnI've tried to buy twice from them. I won't try again.nnBummer, I like to support locals.

Very nice store with a helpful staff. This is where you go to shop upscale instead of the cheaply made Asian products available at most other furniture stores in Anchorage. Be prepared to pay upscale prices but it'll outperform the cheap stuff.

zNot all that expensive because you get what you pay for.. Owner called me personally to work out some issues and that made me happy. He is responsive. I am going to work with him on interiors for a new home in the Eagle River Valley. Twenty five years ago they installed the best berber carpet made and it still looks new.
