My company hired him cause I was working from home for covid and our regular ergonomics people couldn't come to my private residence.nnI've had ergo assessments at work in the office which only helped a little.nThis guy was great. His assessment and suggestions helped so much more than our ergo people at the big company I work for.nHe really knows what he's doing and well worth it. I think his assessment has saved me lots of money in massage/physical therapy and doctor visits cause I'm in less pain doing my desk job now.nnAlso I'm 5'1 and he was able to provide some creative solutions to my desk issues. If you're under I dunno 5'8 basically all standard desks are too tall for you and under 5'4 most chairs are huge for you.nNow my at home work station is 10x more comfortable than my work station in the office.
