Tiffany at Sadler's in Anchorage gave phenomenal customer service. She immediately greeted me with a smile, and not even the faintest hint of frustration that I came in shortly before closing. She took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in a couch, and really seemed invested in me being happy with my purchase. She put up with the chaos of me needing to speak with a 3rd party and rifle through scribbled home measurements, and let me hem and haw as much as I wanted.nI ultimately kept her past her 6pm shift by a few minutes, and she still outlined an efficient way for me to follow through on my decision. When I called back in, she displayed that same professionalism and charisma on the phone - and ultimately I get a dream couch out of an overall phenomenal experience. I manage roughly 75 employees and I can say with confidence: Tiffany is a 5 star employee - please value what she brings to your team.

Jen was an excellent sales associate. She listened to what I wanted and showed me options that fit. She did not try to upsell me or pressure me to purchase. When I told her I was going to look at other stores before making my decision, she did not turn on the sales pitch to try to keep me there. She gave me her card and wished me luck. When I returned, she told me to take all the time I needed and she did not hover over me. The experience was comfortable from start to finish. I will definitely be back for future furniture purchases.

Josie was an exceptional help when I was looking for a new couch/sofa for my 1st apartment. I came on the day before and she spent hours helping me find the right measurement and size, style, color of couch. She advised me to go home that night and measure to double check to make sure I would be satisfied with the dimensions. I am, and now I am excited for a delivery for my new heavily discounted couch! We were impressed by the layout of the store, the furniture options, variety of styles and especially the customer service. They were helpful, but not pushy, and thorough with explaining where and when our furniture would be ready for pickup. Joel with a bow tie and Joel were friendly, kind and very personable. Our visit was an absolute positive one. We went to Sadler's to basically comparison shop but ended up purchasing a leather sofa and love seat . Dennis Juvan was our Sales Associate and I must say, is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable sales representative that I have ever done business with. His knowledge and technical expertise is beyond reproach. He was totally customer oriented and made sure that we were absolutely getting what we wanted.
