Cons: You'll never find a chair at the pool! People go down at 6am and reserve lounge chairs with their towels and sometimes never show up. Its a terrible way to manage the chairs. I was here for two weeks and got a chair only twice at 3pm when people decided to leave. Hotel staff seems absent. Antibacterial station at our elevator was empty for 3 days. Parking garage is really difficult to manage. Duke's is the only food option on resort and their dinner was not good in my opinion. I had to send back the fish tacos b/c they had no flavor. Their breakfast however is really good. We finally had a great server one morning and she told us we should be getting a free hula pie for desert with our credit card we use. Wish that would have been brought up sooner. Most guests aren't wearing masks to and from their rooms. And especially around the pool but that's more expected. The pools are dirty. There are SO many people / kids in them. The only pool that is less crowded and appears clean is the lazy river shaped pool but the hot tub was out of service the whole time I was here on that side. Be prepared to wait for the elevator! I wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed in a nice unit with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great kitchen, and big lanai. The fitness center, outdoor grills, and beach were nice too. Pools and sun beds were popular, so a bit packed from what I observed. Property is well located, lots of parking. I experienced good service with the concierge, housekeeping, and the staff at cafe. Only delta for me was the internet was a bit unstable for working remote and having calls.

I wish I can do negative stars for this place. Please stay away from this place. They are super rude and and super unfriendly. We booked three rooms for all of our family. When arrived the rooms weren’t ready we had to wait 3 hours for our rooms to get ready. Out of the 3 rooms we had any one was ready. After waiting 3 hours they gave us the wrong room. We have booked Ocean view room and it was partially ocean view when called they were so unprofessional that I thought I owed them money back as well. PLEASE STAY away from the restaurant. They told me that I can’t do any room charge due to not booking my room directly from the resort. And I had to pay with my card only till we were ready to check out and found out not only they charged my card multiple times they also charged my room as well. Are you kidding me if its not your policy and you charge me on my card then you will surprise me with room charge at the end. It was no time to go back and forth we had to catch our flight. They promised me that they will email me all the charges with my signature on it. Called a few time that I didn’t receive them. And now no one cares yes because we’re only 3000 miles away. Please there is a lot of good resorts in Hawaii STAY AWAY From this place. They don’t give you any respect what so ever. Also at the restaurant we asked if we can have closer table to our family and the response was, we run the show here and you don’t tell us where you like to seat we will tell you where to seat. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb Will never step a foot in this place you should either. We spent to much money to get threaten like what they did at this resort.

The first 2 nights and 3 days out of a 7 day trip the AC did not work and the fridge took awhile to get cold in our room. The front desk lady never informed us that it was a known issue and that the floor above and below us were having the same issue. After asking them to fix it several times we were finally offered to move to a different room on the 3rd day. Also made a call to Costco since the package was purchased through them. We were eventually upgraded to a bigger room and partially compensated but still very disappointing. Would I comeback and recommend this place... probably not due to our experience. On a side note, my brother and a few friends were here also in different rooms and they had no issues. Employees are definitely friendly except the first lady at the front desk.

The unit/s itself is amazing! Resort ideally located, beach beautiful and property well maintained!nBut the space at the pool is so limited as the chairs have been removed! There is no adults only pool so if you dislike misbehaving kids who keep jumping into pool splashing all over, you will hate it! We avoided the pool as much as possible but on days when the ocean is really bad you won't have a choice!!! Someone needs to issue an instructions guide for people with so many kids
