Happy Nails & Spa

Assuming I would give The Four Seasons Spa five stars , it says a lot that I’ve given four stars to Happy Nails. Had an Aloha pedicure- the best they offer - and it was wonderful. All the extras including hot stones and plenty of massage. Took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was pampered by Kathy - she was wonderful. I will ask fir her when I return. I hope she’s as talented with gel manicuresud83dude0a

There are better nail salons around where they don't bump up the price at the time you pay. This is the 3rd time that's happened. They say one thing then when you get to the register it's different. They don't really have much repeat business so they gouge you while you're there. Other salons care more about repeat business so they try to be consistent.

We called to make sure we could get in with a group of 4. Was told yes and to come at a set time. They called back and said we could come now. We headed that way and when we got there they said we were the 11:15 appointment (original time given). That was fine it was only about 15 minutes. Part of our group was finally pulled in about 11:30 and the final person at about 11:50. They were way over packed in there, it was run down and dirty. We should have left as soon as we checked in. They did such a terrible job that we decided to cancel the manicure portion of the appointment. They also had different prices on their website, 2 places on the wall and a handout (that not all of us were even provided). They were rude, unprofessional and a total rip off when they argued over the cost of mani/pedi for the child that I confirmed before they even started. Would highly NOT recommend.

I was a little hesitant to visit due to some previous reviews, but the gel polish I'd gotten back home started coming off while on vacation, and this was the closest nail salon to our location in north Ka'anapali.nnI was very pleasantly surprised - the gentleman who did my shellac removal and replacement was so gentle and thorough. He really took his time to remove the original polish properly (i.e., preserved the integrity of my natural nails), which hardly ever happens when I get gel polish off at a salon. He did a lovely job on the polish with a tricky color.nnI would recommend this place to anyone staying nearby. Give them a chance. I wish I'd popped in earlier.

Excellent experience relaxed not rushed and the best Spa Pedicure. Very enjoyable.
