The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Kapalua

The spa itself was beautiful. Loved the atmosphere. The customer service being greeted at the front and the concierge desk was great, however I was not impressed with the customer service of my masseuse. While I didn’t mind wearing the mask during my massage, and even changing into the one she preferred over mine, I did not appreciate her pinching the nose piece tighter on my mask without asking me.

I am more of the outdoor/ activity type while on vacations; never thought I would not only enjoy but fall in love with being pampered while on vacation.nnRich and Brenda were so attentive and professional; spending over 4 hours for our Coconut Mango Mani/ Pedi; never making us feel rushed. It was the best Mani/ Pedi I have ever gotten in my life.nnWill definitely include spa time at the Ritz on my future vacations. Thank you Rick and Brenda.

Me and my boyfriend had really good time at Ritz-Carlton Resort. It wasn’t the best Maui resort we’ve stayed at but it’s one of the better ones. I was surprised that they are serving welcoming drinks out of plastic cups and the lei was just made out of little mussels like at other cheaper hotels. I’ve heard a lot of good opinion about their golf course but we don’t play. I feel like they could do something more interesting with their swimming pools.

This Hotel is amazin! The staff, the rooms are comfortable that you feel like home, they don't miss any details, the housekeeping department ladies are so sweet and they do the job with dedication and attention to detail, the front desk make us feel very welcome, informative and helpful at the breakfast the restaurant is not missing anything they have everything for everybody, at the pool the cabana have water, sodas etc and the staff check on you regularly so you don't have to be looking for them. This hotel by the second day all the staff is calling you by your last name, lovely people make every nickle spend worthed. We definitely would be staying at this hotel when we visit Hawaii again ud83dude0a

Marnie is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her to everyone visiting. Her blow out lasted me days!
